Shipping & returns
We utilize FedEx, UPS, G4S or Malca Amit Worldwide shipping, although some restrictions apply for some African and Middle Eastern countries.
We request that customers from the Russian Federation or CIS countries contact us for available shipping options.
The method and cost of shipping will vary depending on final destination, package value, weight, size and perceived risk factors for your destination location. The minimum shipping charge is $85 USD.
We require insurance, delivery confirmation and a signature release for delivery.
Delivery time for your order is generally 5 to 7 days approximately.
Tracking information will be provided to you via registered mail once your order has shipped.
The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes related to the order once your order enters the destination country. Those charges are not included on your final invoice.
It is advisable that you contact the customs department in your destination country to determine what additional charges may apply.
We do not notate customs documents with the declaration that the enclosed items are “gifts. All items ordered and purchased are declared at their true sales price.
You may request a refund or an exchange if your item is received with defects or damage.

Your item must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date. Upon our receipt and inspection of the defective or damaged items, a refund or exchange will be issued.
In the event that the item has been resized, altered, used or obviously and purposely damaged, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange and will return the item to you at your expense.
If your item is received with damage, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we will exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
