Terms of order
Our jewelry is priced for wholesale transactions. We accept orders starting from $1000 USD and above. You will not be able to complete the checkout process if the total sum of all of the items in your shopping cart totals less than $1000 USD. Everything you see on our website, with the exception of any items at our stock location, is made to order.
Production time is approximately four to six weeks.
All customers will provide a deposit of 35% for silver jewelry and 50% for gold jewelry prior to production.
The customer is responsible for all costs of shipping and insurance.
How to place your order:
To place an order with All Exclusive Co., Ltd., you must be a registered user. Choose “Sign Up” if you are a new user or “Login” if you are an existing user. You may also first choose your item(s), register or login during the checkout process.
Some items allow choices in stone variations. You may choose center and side stones. After making your selection, the main photo will display your chosen option. Use + or – to adjust the desired quantity. You may also choose material and size in some cases. You may also order the same item with different stone combinations, materials or sizes, but you will have to each distinctive item to the cart.
After making your selections, click the “Buy” button. You may then choose to continue shopping or to check out. Please remember that the minimum order amount is $1000 USD and that your checkout will not complete if your total amount is less.
To confirm your order, go to your cart by clicking “My Cart” in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen. Please verify that all of the information is correct. You have the option to change quantities or to remove item(s) you no longer wish to order. You may also add comments for each item ordered. If you made changes, click the “Refresh” button to alert the system about those changes. Click “Confirm Order” to submit your order.
After submitting your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation sent to your registered email address. Within twenty-four hours, you will receive a personal letter from one of our managers with further important information regarding your order, except for weekends and public holidays.
What happens after you confirm your order?
With regard to silver jewelry orders, you will receive a Pro Forma invoice, requesting you to deposit 35% for the silver portion of your order to commence production of your item(s). Once your order is complete, the remaining amount will be requested and, upon receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped. We will verify shipping details prior shipment.
In the unlikely event that some items from your order cannot be completed due to the possibility of unavailable stones or materials, you will receive notification of this via email. You may choose to change those items or cancel that portion of your order. At that time you will receive adjusted Pro Forma invoice. We make every reasonable effort to match the stones as closely as possible to the quality represented on our website
Our gold jewelry creations require close communication prior to and during production. We must verify every aspect of your order prior to production. Occasionally we experience changes in stone prices or some stones may not be available at the time of your order. It can take up to five days to verify the availability of some stones and materials. If we are not able to source the stones you have ordered, you are free to either change your order or remove that item from your order. Prices for gold jewelry are estimated based on current market value. In a few cases, the final price of the item may change and you will be notified of any changes every step of the way.
After adjustments have been made for any changes, you will receive a revised invoice and – at that time, you may accept the changes or cancel that item from your order.
Your finished item may vary slightly from that pictured on our website. Every piece is unique and handmade specifically for your order. We make every reasonable attempt to match stones as closely as possible to the quality represented on our website. For most center stones, we will send a photo for your approval prior to setting the stones.
For items ordered in gold, we require a 50% deposit for the gold portion of your order prior to production. After your order is complete, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount of your order. Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped. All shipping details will be verified prior to shipment.
